Yes! Colonic irrigation is a safe treatment when administered by a qualified colon hydrotherapist. There seems to be a lot of speculation about the safety of colonics these days. We’d like to clear up some common misconceptions.
How it works A lubricated, sterile speculum is inserted into the anus — all instruments are disposable and new, so that they are completely sterile.
